This event is planned to be an ongoing series of discussions led by members of The Guild, the emerging professionals, and students of ICAA Southeast. All are invited to attend. The venues will vary.
For the first part of a series of architectural discussions, the Guild will host a casual salon at the historic May Patterson Goodrum home. The events will begin with a social and tour of the historic 1930 Shutze - designed home followed by a prompted discussion on the lawn. During the Salon, guests will discuss a series of topics based on “A General Agreement for the Practice of Contemporary Architecture” issues by Andres Duany in November of 2021. Jacques Levet, Jr. The Guild President, and Barbara Hyde, Keeper of the Goodrum House will be your hosts.
